System Overview

BRICK synchronizes battery telemetry, edge intelligence, and cloud analytics through a tightly integrated stack:

  • Battery Pack A & B with integrated BMS and CAN ports
  • CAN module handling bus communication
  • Microcontroller for parsing and edge processing
  • 4G/5G module forwarding data to the cloud
  • OpenIoE dashboard delivering live visualization

Operating Principle

The BMS emits periodic CAN frames with electrical parameters. BRICK reads and parses these frames, converts them into JSON payloads, and securely transmits them to OpenIoE using HTTP or MQTT over cellular networks.
